Patient Verification
To process your claim, please provide the following at the reception desk:
- Original Emirates ID (Required for all UAE residents)
- Physical or Digital Insurance Card
Specialty Coverage
Our billing department is authorized to process claims for:
- General Medicine: Consultations, diagnostics, and pharmacy.
- Dental Care: Routine check-ups, extractions, and restorative work (as per policy).
- Dermatology: Medical skin conditions and therapeutic laser treatments
Identification
In accordance with UAE health regulations, patients must present a valid Emirates ID at the time of registration. This serves as your primary identification for verifying insurance eligibility.

Pre-Approval Process
For specialized treatments or complex procedures, our dedicated insurance coordination team will manage the Prior Authorization request with your provider. We strive to expedite these approvals to ensure timely medical intervention.
